Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At GR Recharge, we are committed to providing seamless services. However, due to the digital nature of the products (Mobile Recharge, DTH, Data Packs), transactions once processed are generally non-refundable. Users are advised to double-check the mobile number and amount before processing any transaction.

2. Failed Transactions

In cases where the amount is deducted from the user's wallet/bank account but the recharge is not delivered due to technical issues:

  • The system will automatically attempt to refund the amount to the user's GR Recharge wallet.
  • This process typically takes 24 to 48 hours.
  • If the refund is not received within this timeframe, please contact our support team with the Transaction ID.

3. Wrong Recharge

GR Recharge is not responsible for any recharge done on a wrong mobile number or DTH ID provided by the user. Since the service provider processes these instantly, no refund can be initiated for such cases.
